Emily’s Equine & Adventures is named after our daughter Emily. What started as our family home and working land has grown into a small boarding operation; a way to share our property with horse owners who appreciate a quieter kind of barn life.
We live on the property and are involved daily. Every boarded horse gets fed and watered by us, and we keep a close eye on the barn and grounds. But we’re not a full-service operation, and that’s by design. We believe boarding works best when owners stay involved in their horse’s care and treat shared spaces with respect.
We keep our numbers small because it lets us maintain the property the way we want it — clean barn, healthy pasture, low stress. Horses here need to be manageable around other animals, normal farm activity, and people. This isn’t a high-volume facility, and it’s not set up for horses that need constant supervision or specialized handling.
All boarding is by inquiry and approval. We’re looking for long-term arrangements with owners who are a good fit for the property and for our family.
